Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all hair extensions are tailored to individual specifications. Due to this, unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges. Under NL Consumer Rights Law, bespoke and personalised items are exempt from the usual return policy, including the standard 14 day cancellation and return period for online purchases. As each set of extensions is made to order and customised, they fall under this exemption.
Returns may only be accepted with prior approval and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason and circumstances of the request.
To be eligible for a return, extensions must be:
• Unworn and uncut
• Returned in their original packaging
• The zip tag must be fully intact and not removed.
All returns must be tracked, and it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the return until it has been successfully delivered to us.
Return costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
