What are the terms and conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – COAVILLA CHEVEUX

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Coavilla Cheveux for your hair extension needs. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of our products and services. By placing an order with Coavilla Cheveux, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Order Processing

2.1

Once an order has been placed, payment has been successfully received, and the product is in stock, Coavilla Cheveux will process and dispatch the order as soon as possible.

2.2

Coavilla Cheveux reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time due to stock availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or any other reason deemed necessary.


3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1

Coavilla Cheveux ensures that all orders are securely packaged before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

3.2

Once the package has been transferred to the courier, Coavilla Cheveux is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delivery delays caused by the carrier.

3.3

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, severe weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.4

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details will be the responsibility of the customer.


4. Returns and Refunds

4.1

We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

4.2

All return requests must be approved and authorized by Coavilla Cheveux before products are returned.

4.3

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used, washed, altered, installed, or damaged by the customer.

4.4

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted simply because the customer does not like the product or believes it does not match their hair texture.

4.5

Once the product packaging has been opened and/or the security seal has been broken, the product is considered used for hygiene purposes and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

4.6

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.


5. Customer Responsibility

5.1

Coavilla Cheveux supplies premium-quality hair extensions designed for long-lasting use when properly maintained.

5.2

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, chemical treatments, coloring, bleaching, excessive heat styling, poor maintenance, or misuse of the product.

5.3

No replacements, compensation, or refunds will be provided for products that have been damaged due to improper handling, care, or installation.


6. Intellectual Property

6.1

All content, images, logos, branding, trademarks, website materials, and intellectual property belonging to Coavilla Cheveux are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6.2

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Coavilla Cheveux.


7. Limitation of Liability

7.1

Coavilla Cheveux shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

7.2

Any liability of Coavilla Cheveux shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

7.3

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.


8. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, Coavilla Cheveux is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery where applicable. Customers are advised to check local customs regulations before placing an order.


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of The Netherlands.

How long does shipping take?

SHIPPING POLICY

Please contact us to check which hair products are currently in stock.

Please place your order on time to ensure timely delivery.

1. Processing Time

1.1

All orders have a processing time of 5–10 business days before they are shipped.

1.2

For pre-order items, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the order once it becomes available in our inventory.

1.3

Once the pre-ordered item is in stock and processed, it will be shipped within 3 business days.

2. Tracking Information

2.1

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information to the email address provided during checkout.

2.2

This tracking information will allow you to monitor the progress of your package's delivery.

3. Shipping Responsibility

3.1

Coavilla Cheveux is committed to ensuring that your order is securely packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier in a timely manner.

3.2

However, once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, stolen packages, or damages caused by the shipping company.

3.3

Any claims regarding lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be addressed directly to the respective shipping carrier.

3.4

Please note that PostNL insurance only covers the value of the contents of your package. Shipping costs and additional fees are not refunded by PostNL. Therefore, any compensation received will only cover the value of the item(s), not the total amount originally paid. This is standard PostNL policy and applies to all insured shipments.

3.5

Once we receive compensation from PostNL, we will use it to order replacement bundles for you and ship them again.

4. Delivery Time

4.1

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.2

We strive to deliver your order within a reasonable timeframe; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

5. Shipping Methods

5.1

Coavilla Cheveux uses reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

6. Shipping Locations

6.1

We offer shipping to selected regions and countries. Please refer to the available shipping options during checkout.

7. Multiple Item Orders

7.1

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Coavilla Cheveux is not responsible for additional costs or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. International Shipping

9.1

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.

9.2

Please note that we are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by your country's customs department. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

9.3

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to learn about any potential charges that may apply.

What is your return policy?

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations, exchange and returns are not possible. Once the box has been opened, the seal is considered broken, and the product can no longer be returned due to hygiene reasons. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. Therefore, we offer returns and exchanges in the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Item or Order:

If there is a mistake on our behalf, such as sending the wrong item or an incorrect order, please contact our customer service within 7 day’s of receiving your package. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the affected item(s) and cover any shipping costs associated with the return.

  1. Defective or Damaged Item:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with evidence attached, within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, arrange for a return or exchange of the defective or damaged item(s). Coavilla Cheveux will cover any shipping costs associated with the return.

Please Note:

  • Returns or exchanges must be authorized by Coavilla Cheveux before proceeding.
  • All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unbrushed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item(s) show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the customer.

Refund Process:

In the event of a valid return, Coavilla Cheveux will issue a refund in the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that refunds will only be processed for the cost of the item(s) and any applicable taxes. Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. That means if we have bought hair already and it’s within the 5-10 days processing time it can’t be cancelled anymore. The order will be shipped to you after. No space for cancellation.
